Our mission
Make practical, career-ready tech education accessible to every motivated learner.
Affordable courses, honest outcomes and support that helps people finish what they start.
andorp exists so that anyone, wherever they start, can learn the technology skills that change careers. We teach the way real teams work: practical lessons, real projects and proof you can show.

Make practical, career-ready tech education accessible to every motivated learner.
Affordable courses, honest outcomes and support that helps people finish what they start.
A world where your skills, not your postcode or pedigree, decide what you get to build.
We want andorp to be where people go to learn their next skill, at every stage of a career.
What we value
Four commitments guide what we build, who we hire and how we treat learners.
Every course is built with working practitioners, reviewed for accuracy and refreshed when the industry moves.
Fair pricing, honest outcomes and support that answers. We design for the person learning at 11pm after work.
We experiment with better ways to learn: interactive labs, AI study help and feedback loops that keep you moving.
Learners in more than 100 countries help each other, share projects and celebrate every milestone together.
Our learning philosophy
Watching is not learning. Every andorp course moves through the same four stages, so knowledge turns into skill you can prove.

Step 1
Short, focused lessons that explain the why, not just the how.

Step 2
Quizzes, coding exercises and labs after every concept.

Step 3
Real projects you can put in a portfolio and talk about in interviews.

Step 4
A verifiable certificate that proves what you can do.

“We started andorp because the best way we knew to learn was to build something real with people who had done it before.”
Our story
andorp began with a simple frustration. Talented people were stuck because good technical education was expensive, theoretical or both. So a few engineers started teaching friends in the evenings, with one rule: every session ends with something you built.
That rule became our method. Today andorp courses are created with practitioners from product companies, startups and research teams, and every one of them is built around projects, practice and feedback.
Three engineers start teaching evening classes for friends who want to switch into tech.
We rebuild every course around hands-on projects after learners tell us that is what lands interviews.
Resume reviews, mock interviews and a hiring network help learners turn skills into offers.
andorp now serves learners in 100+ countries, with teams and universities learning alongside individuals.
The team
Our curriculum leads are working engineers, designers and data scientists. They teach what they use every week, and a team of editors, teaching assistants and learner-success specialists makes sure every course is clear, current and supported.
